I am so excited to share my latest collaboration with Meditation Yoga Nidra! This is a site dedicated to helping people find relaxation and release through meditation.

The goal for this site was to create a calming space for those seeking guidance through meditation. To do that, we chose a nature motif, opting for cool, calming blues and greens. We wanted the site to express the same aura of calmness as the meditations within.

It has been such a pleasure to work with Meditation Yoga Nidra. They are planning to release their singing bowl meditations later this month - I encourage you to check them out!

In this time of shelter-in-place and quarantines across the globe, I've been trying to find gratitude in the quiet moments at home. While I can't control what's going on, I can choose how I guide my perspective. Today, I am grateful that I have a home office where I can create. I am grateful to have two wonderful kitties that keep me company throughout the day. I am grateful that I have a fiance who encourages me (and cooks me healthy meals!). I am grateful that I have been given the opportunity to express my creativity in the quiet of my home.
