in honor of veterans day, and being in service, we are devoted to extending our services to all active duty, retired, or honorably discharged military veterans free of charge from here on out. whether it’s a desire to sit with us for breathwork, medicine, or sound and tea, we are here for you.

I’ll never forget the first time my dad sat with a cup of mikes tea. “wow, this is the first time i’ve ever felt this calm”, he said. i cherish this memory and the many more that followed as my dad began his path towards really healing himself from ptsd.

being a child of military parents, i () have seen the damage the military industrial complex has done and does first hand. i refuse to lose another soul to the negligent services that claim to care for the men and women whom have fought wars for this country. whom have given their life for the profits of politicians. whom have been indoctrinated into a violent machine. it’s hard to sit back and not do something about this.

we are devoted to the broader health of communities and will do all that we can to reduce isolation, promote recovery, establish community, celebrate victories, and hold perceived short comings and difficult times for all beings. we’re truly in this for unity. together.

Come gather with us and enjoy some fine teas in a casual, lounge style gathering in the park! In collaboration with , we will have a diverse selection of caffeinated teas and non- caffeinated tisanes to explore and enjoy. Single Source Tea Company is a local importer of fine loose leaf teas that encourages presence, connection, and gratitude with each cup. We will pour until the water runs dry - the session is expected to run approximately two hours.

Join us at Boom Island Park in NE Minneapolis on September 10th, beginning at 2pm. Locate us in the trees on the hill, behind the last/furthest parking lot - there are trails on either side that will lead up to the grove.

This event is a "pay what you can" event. Please secure your spot so we can prepare enough tea cups!
