- Create a network of BIPOC who collectively support one another in leadership roles.
- Support individuals and organizations working on improving organizational diversity, inclusivity, and equitable governance.
- Increase the diversity of nonprofit boards to add perspectives that better reflect the demographics of the Twin Cities.
