In this session, young students learned how to understand emotions, communicate calmly, and make better choices when conflict shows up.
Teaching youth de-escalation helps build confidence, emotional awareness, and safer communities from the inside out.
When young people learn how to slow things down, listen, and respond instead of react, they carry those tools everywhere they go.
