Housing in Minnesota has a long history of regulations and the impact is still prevalent today. The In My Back Yard documentary tells the story of housing in Minneapolis and today's housing shortage. You'll hear from city developers, researchers and leaders on a mission to create more homes, for more people, in more places.

According to Minnesota Housing, 69% of newly constructed rental units in the last five years were not affordable to low-income renters (those with incomes at or below 80% of AMI). Let's inform our council people about the power that ADUs could have in housing affordability.
