Based at Douglas High School, agriculture students are given the chance to work in every career field from plant science to vet medicine. Competing in events from equine judging to floriculture design, the Carson Valley FFA has become a noteworthy chapter in the state of Nevada. Members learn continuously from agricultural projects in their community, and ultimately from relationships with members from across the country.

Make sure you stop by on the last day of our annual greenhouse sale, we still have lots of vegetables and flowers left for sale. All are grown by our students in our agriculture program and they have worked very hard to produce the best plants they can.
Great job to everyone who competed at state convention this year! Also, congratulations to our chapter treasurer, Doug VanNest, for becoming the 2016-2017 State Sentinel!
