Resident Engagement: Getting to know and gain trust of residents who are typically underrepresented in advocating for their concerns; ensuring they have a voice in neighborhood decisions. Resident and Organizational Leadership: Providing residents and neighborhood stakeholders with skill building opportunities that foster an understanding of how to most effectively tackle local challenges. Financing: Identifying/helping to pursue resources that can assist residents in their effort to set concrete goals and effect positive change in their near south side neighborhoods.
