Spectrum is now Black Rabbit Tattoo Collective.
After the break in it shook us pretty hard. We picked up and moved locations and rebranded to not get confused with the cable company. We are now located above the highburry 2320 s. Kinnickinnic ave. All artists are the same. We also will be adding two new artists to the team and two piercers to service the bayview area. Opening party will be announced shortly.
