The concept is a combined effort of Stewart Lerner and Lydia Tai. Their inspiration for Marco Pollo comes from years of international travel and adventurous eating and from Lydia's native Taiwan. MP's famous crispy chicken is from a secret family recipe and is served with a rotation of authentic from “scratch” sauces from Thailand, China, India, Creole Country, Japan, Mexico/Texas and Buffalo, N.Y

We're one month away from the Grand Opening of The Ridge - our brand new state-of-the-art pavilion and performance stage in Sussex Village Park. The event will be from 6:00 to 9:00 PM on Wednesday, July 1st. We hope you can join us!
Here is the schedule for the evening:
6:00 PM Beer (Brewfinity Brewing Co.) and Food Trucks (Just Smokin' Barbecue, La Cabana Cortez, Mr.P's Grilled Cheese LLC, Marco Pollo, Bub's Brews, Tundra Treats, LLC, Fizzed up, Kona Ice of Waukesha) begin serving
6:00-6:45 PM Tours of The Ridge and new Parks Maintenance Facility
6:45 PM Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on stage
7:00 - 9:00 PM Boogie and the Yo-yoz perform
Seating will be available at picnic tables in the Pavilion or bring your lawn chair and/or blankets to sit on the covered lawn in front of the stage. No food or beverage carry-ins will be allowed.
