Who’s up for a new challenge?
Everyday I’ll be committing to adding into my routine a 30 min walk, 100 crunches (any variation), and 5 minutes of stretching.
If you were to do this 7 days a week, that adds an additional 3.5 hours of walking to the week, 700 crunches, and 35 minutes of stretching.
If those benefits aren’t enough for you, walking the extra 3.5 hours will burn an additional 900+ calories per week, the 700 crunches will burn an additional 140 calories per week, and the 35 min of stretching will burn around an additional 95 calories per week!
This can be done at any point in the day.
This does not replace your weekly workouts.
You can choose to walk with friends, family, your pet, indoor, outdoor, or anywhere you’d like. The point is to just get moving!
As they say, there’s no time like the present, so I’ll be starting this new commitment TODAY.

Consistency is key! 🔑
No matter what you’re trying to achieve, consistency is key! The same can be said for achieving your goals in health and fitness. Consistency, consistency, consistency!
It’s when you keep moving forward (even though the days are long and hard)…
It’s when you keep showing up for your workouts (even though you’re feeling lazy and tired)…
It’s when you choose a nutritious meal (even though a burger and fries sound so much better)…
When you consistently show up for yourself, your best self will shine brighter and brighter with each passing day.
Staying consistent is not easy, but the best things in life never are!
