fetcha
We partner with various rescues and shelters to help you find your new family member! If you are a rescue or shelter who would like to join our team with your cats or dogs, send us a message! We would love to help you spread your adoptables through social media! We have a "fetcha network" you can join! Prior to joining network we ask that all rescues fill out our agreement form: https://forms.gle/

In the coming days, WHS will welcome 150 beagles from Ridglan Farms, as part of a national effort to rescue and rehome 1,500 dogs. This endeavor is being led by Big Dog Ranch Rescue and the Center for a Humane Economy, and other partners, including the Dane County Humane Society, Wisconsin Federated Humane Societies, Wisconsin Puppy Mill Project, Inc, and other Wisconsin animal welfare groups.
This is how you can help:
🐾 Become a foster family!
If you are not yet an approved foster family, start that process directly from our website at wihumane.org/foster/apply 👈
🐾 A single intake of 150 dogs will require some extra resources.
If you are able to donate supplies, you can do so from our Wishlist at: https://wihumane.me/WHSAmazonWishlist or by dropping off supplies at any of our locations.
🐾 Those interested in making a donation to help these animals can do so online at https://wihumane.me/Beagles2026 👈
The beagles cared for by WHS will be available for adoption once they are medically and behaviorally cleared. Those interested in adoption should review the adoption process at www.wihumane.org/adopt in the coming days and weeks.
Community support truly makes it possible for WHS to help large-scale rescues like this, and we couldn’t be more proud to be part of an effort making a difference for animals and the people who love them.
Thank you! ❤️

Bio:
Meet Scout. He has spent most of his life in a shelter in Texas. He is a fun, sweet, loving, smart heeler mix. He has a playful side where he throws toys around but most of the time he just wants to sleep and snuggle!
He’s doesn’t mind his kennel at all! Does so well going potty outside, knows sit command, working on shake. Very food motivated! After being in the shelter so long, he’s learning household manners like not jumping on the table or trying to steal food from the hands of the kids. He does have a bit of the heeler herding in him that comes out when he gets excited and is playing. But he’s really such a well behaved dog. He spends most of his time curled up on the couch. He has so much love to give.
Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823.
Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. An approved application does not require you to adopt the dog of interest, if it is not a match.
