Our little experiment of removing ourselves from Meta, other than acting as a landing page, has been successful in many ways. A few of our members have said how much they appreciate the newsletters because we don't bombard folks every other week and act spammy. Our membership interest has only increased this past year and we've been doing less. We've been making breathing room for coaches to learn and explore. We've been making sure our community inside our walls feels safe and provided for. We've been working with a list of folks outside our doors by introducing martial arts and self defense strategies.

Our final step is removing all images from this page. In the next couple of weeks we will be downloading all images and data to an external drive, and then we will remove all images. This page will be kept up as a landing page for our link in bio and for our community to tag us in events!

Your kids are always watching. ❤️ Starting a movement practice simply for the joy of strength and movement is a wonderful family activity. Keep movement fun, challenging, and experimental! There are so many ways to move!
