As we close in on these summer months.. time to share the patio rehab at the 1975 colonial!

Charcuterie boards have been around for hundreds of years. There is an “art” to making a photo-worthy, mouth watering platter.. but how?! Through experience, LRB has a few tips for the ‘Epic Charcuterie Board’!
>>> We recommend using varying colors and textures, adding a variety of options...and lots of *fresh* options! The assemblage of your ingredients- the arrangement, shape and appearance- is almost if not more important than the flavor piece of each element!
Speaking of ingredients, remember the meats, cheeses, nuts, something sweet, something salty, olives, pickles, and even vegetables!
Finish it off with a few edible flowers or seasonal sprigs for a festive touch.
