We asked: What's been your favorite project this last year?

"One of the most interesting projects I've been involved in this year has been walking through a comprehensive customer journey for our client, Digital Pix & Composites. Their business and customers are very niche, and they've customized and fine-tuned tons of customer-facing materials over the years. In 2024, we're taking another fresh look at the entire process for a typical customer—from submitting a quote request form to participating in "photo day," reviewing photo proofs, and payment—meanwhile documenting and identifying potential optimizations, opportunities, and wish list items for the client. It is a joy to see projects like this unfold from both a digital marketing perspective and overall CX."
