Growing Networks

Went to the local Mango Festival and was educated on the importance of mangoes to the people of Kerala by a local congressman. These mangoes were grown not only in India, but also South America, Central America, and Africa. A great treat for us as we made our way home from Kids Kerala.

Our group at the basilica in the neighborhood near St. Alberts College where we will be implementing the aquaponics research systems collectively with the students and community members. We are learning so much already about Kochin lifestyle, food, culture, work, and fun and it's only day two.
