Current Vice Chairperson and incoming Board Chairperson Robert LaGrant first joined SecureFutures as a volunteer Money Coach in 2018. Since then, heโs seen firsthand how financial education can strengthen not only individual students, but entire communities.
As we celebrate 20 years of impact, weโre grateful for leaders like Robert who believe in the power of financial education and opportunity, and who are committed to helping more teens build the confidence to make informed financial decisions for themselves, their families, and their futures.

Some milestones are measured in numbers. Others are measured in what becomes possible afterward.
This era was about reconnecting, rebuilding, and growing stronger than before. From returning to classrooms and reaching our 100,000th student to expanding programs, welcoming new partners, and helping prepare Wisconsin for a new chapter in financial education, these years showed whatโs possible when a community believes in teens.
Today, more than 145,000 students later, that momentum continues.
