Alliant Energy® Fleet Electrification Advisory program for Wisconsin customers 07/15/2026

Alliant Energy has recently launched a program called the Fleet Electrification Advisory program. This program is available to any Alliant Energy non-residential electric customer with an on-road fleet of ten or more vehicles. Through this program, participating customers will receive a customized assessment of their fleet operations and a tailored, decision-ready roadmap to help inform their fleet planning and determine whether fleet electrification is right for them.

As a part of the fleet electrification assessment participants will receive:
• A comprehensive assessment of their fleet operations, including a vehicle inventory analysis.
• An assessment of their fleet’s potential EV charging needs, site readiness, and preliminary infrastructure deployment options.
• A total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis comparing electric vehicles against conventional ICE counterparts.
• An emissions impact analysis.
• A summary of available incentives and grants.
• Finally, each of the components listed above will be utilized to develop a comprehensive fleet electrification assessment report and a phased electrification roadmap, which customers can use to inform their fleet planning.

To participate in the program, customers must first submit an inquiry form on Alliant Energy's website to confirm program eligibility. Once eligibility is confirmed, and if the customer would like to move forward, they will be required to provide a refundable $2,000 deposit to enroll in the program. The deposit will be refunded to the customer if they either purchase/lease an EV/PHEV or install EV charging infrastructure within 12 months of receiving the final assessment report. The program is also limited to 20 participants.

If you know of any businesses or organizations that may be interested in the program, please pass along their information or direct them to the program webpage (link below) where they can find more information about the program and submit an inquiry form.
