Through the innovative use of Music Therapy , Art Therapy , Dance / Movement Therapy , and Psychotherapy , Expressive Therapies is creating a brave and empowering space for those living with mental illness to improve their health and well-being.

Expressive Therapies is the first – and currently only – creative arts therapy clinic in the Fox Valley. The incredible diverse staff from all areas of the country work together to provide trauma informed care with equality to
