Today, we celebrate Kaoru Ishikawa, one of the most influential figures in quality.
If you've ever used a fishbone diagram to get to the root cause of a problem, you've experienced one of his most significant contributions. Through the quality circle movement, Ishikawa helped show that quality isn't confined to a department. It's something everyone can contribute to every day.
His ideas continue to influence how we solve problems, improve processes, and pursue excellence.

Ready to lead quality at a higher level?
As quality professionals grow into leadership roles, they need more than technical expertise. They need the ability to align quality with organizational strategy, drive continuous improvement, and influence business performance.

It's designed to help you prepare for certification while developing leadership skills you can apply immediately.
