Introducing our sixth model, Mai Hli! Here’s what she had to say:

“My name is Mai Hli Yang and this year will be my second year modeling for Fresh Traditions! I’ve been modeling for a couple of years already and I’ve had nothing but fun! I started out modeling for photo shoots and slowly branched out to runway. Modeling for me is a way to build confidence and show the side of me I’ve never shared before. Bringing Hmong culture to the fashion industry has been so inspiring and I’m blessed to model for Shoua once more!

Fun facts about me are that I love to eat and try new restaurants, I’ve modeled in Milwaukee Fashion Week for 2023 and 2024, and I’m a teacher!”

Introducing our fifth model, Chasidy! Here’s what she had to say:

“Hi! My name is Chasidy and this will be my 2nd Fresh Traditions Fashion Show with Shoua Xiong Designs. I had such a wonderful experience last year that I couldn’t miss the opportunity to walk again.

A fun fact about me is that I was able to study abroad this summer in South Korea! I found so much peace traveling alone that I believe if you have the chance, everyone should solo travel once in their life.

I’m super excited for this year’s show. See you on the runway!”
