This week learn more about our Restorative Yoga classes! Offered twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00pm with Julia and Bridget (Caitlin will be back towards the end of summer!). Restotaive Yoga uses ALL of the props and is a great practice for relieving stress, cultivating a peaceful mind and helping to regulate the nervous system.
