It’s been a long time since I’ve written anything with an intention of sharing. It’s felt really wonderful for me, a person who can take a (very, very) long time to process.

I’ve always been obsessed with the concept of time - how it’s all relative, how we can slow it down or speed it up, or even rewind or fast forward when taking lengthy flights around the world. Airplanes are literally time machines, and I wonder who else considers the enormity of all of this.

I write this here and now having just returned from the future, and it’s feeling quite strange to be back home in the past.

When you’re flying over the Atlantic and the sun never sets because you are going backwards in time, it’s a pretty incredible reminder that the only time that exists is here and now. Now cannot exist without place, and here cannot exist without time, and everything in existence can only exist in here and now.

Traveling is a powerful opportunity to remember the truth of here and now. It’s harder to remember in our daily lives. With our routines and familiarities it can be easy to check out and feel as if we are operating in a loop - same places, same people, same things over and over.

The truth is they are never the same places, people, or things - everything exists only in here and now, so depending on the moment in which we interact with them, they are entirely new. We are all entirely new, if we allow ourselves to be.

Where are you reading these words? What are you thinking and feeling in this moment? What can you do right here and now to allow yourself to be entirely new?

I am so happy that you exist! Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to spend some time existing together 💖

Belated photos from our belated honeymoon to Costa Rica in March 💖🎉🦥🌴🌋🌊🦜😍

So grateful to experience so much magic together 😍living fully & slowing down time 🦥

I took a long break from social media during my first year working at a high school, but I’m looking forward to figuring out how to slowly return & finding the right balance of sharing my life vs living my life 💖

Everything is possible, everything is a choice, and I am so happy to be alive to experience it all 🥹

Our cells are responsible for carrying out all of the functions of our bodies.

We need them to help us grow, produce energy, store our DNA, create proteins, transport nutrients & remove waste, communicate, reproduce, and hold our bodies together into a human shape.

That’s a lot of work. Unless you are engaged in a science related field, chances are you are not thinking about this much, or remembering to give your cells the credit they deserve.

And they deserve ALL the credit for keeping us alive. So, here is your reminder to thank your cells for all they are providing!

It’s hard work being a cell, it’s a constant and typically thankless job, so morale can be low.

So, what can we do to support our incredible cells? Well - all of the things that you have been told to do throughout your life - eat a nutritious diet, get enough sleep, drink enough water, release stress, move regularly, and avoid toxins.

You may already be doing many or all of these things, and your cells appreciate it! However some things like stress & toxins can be harder to avoid in a world that seems to exponentially introduce new stressors & toxins.

Craniosacral therapy is a wonderful way to support our cells in carrying out their functions.

If you are interested in experiencing this resource, you can send me a message or email [email protected]. In order to make sure returning clients are able to continue to schedule regularly there is no longer a way to schedule online, but if you reach out I am happy to figure out how I can fit you & your cells in for a session 🙂
