That’s why we’re excited to host an information session for the Washington Park Home Rehabilitation TIN Loan Program, designed to help qualified owner-occupants make repairs, updates, and energy-saving improvements to their homes.
Through this program, eligible homeowners residing in the Washington Park North boundaries may access forgivable, low-interest loans of up to $40,000 — and you won’t have to figure it all out alone. Program staff can help with preparing a scope of work, identifying qualified contractors, and monitoring the project through completion.
