I provide you with high level mindset & skillset principles to build a successful business and live a fulfilling life.
Alex joined the Recurring Revenue Lab with a goal he could actually say out loud.
$6,000 combined active and passive income per month. At least $3,000 of that recurring, not one-time, not "I had a good month," but showing up in his account every single month whether he had a great week or a terrible one.
He booked a hotseat. We worked through his offer, his positioning, his next move. He structured a service match deal and went out and closed it. $297 upfront. $150 a month after that.
That's his first recurring client. The first one is the hardest one, and he has it now.
If you've been trying to figure out what your offer even is, that's exactly what the hotseat is for. You bring your situation. We work through it live.

A quick one for anyone running a community or service business who wants five new conversations going before the end of the day.
You can get five clients in the next five minutes. No pitching. No selling. One DM, sent to five people, worded specifically.
Open Skool. Go to your community leaderboard. Find the top five members. DM them.
But don't ask them to buy anything. Ask if they know somebody.
Here's the exact message I teach Lab members to send.
"Hey [name], quick one. By the way, do you know anybody stuck at $4,500 one month and $300 the next, who's looking to build recurring income they control in the next 90 days? I'm taking on five case studies for free, because that's all I can handle. I just want more testimonials. I help them get their first recurring revenue stream up without buying another course. It works. I had a woman named Marie get 24 new members in 30 days on $5 a day in ads, even though she'd never run ads before. I had another guy who closed his first $297 recurring deal from a single Hotseat question. Does anyone come to mind?"
Then wait.
If they say no, the optional tag: "Haha, does anyone you hate come to mind?" The joke kills the awkwardness. Most people laugh and think of somebody real.
Three things happen from those five DMs.
Some people read the message about Marie, recognize their own pattern in the description, and DM you back asking for more. You didn't pitch them. They opted in.
Other people reply with one or two names the description pulled out of their memory. You got warm intros without selling anything.
A few do both in the same reply.
All three outcomes put your number higher than it was five minutes ago.
Here's why this works when "want to buy my program" doesn't. You asked if they knew somebody, not whether they wanted to buy. The pressure was gone before it showed up. Their guard stayed down. They answered the actual question instead of the one they were braced for.
Simple enough to try today. Specific enough to actually work.
