I made this page after my mum passed away and I watched a friend on her journey in a direct sales company selling health products . I followed her and her journey because I enjoyed the community and motivation ! I found it somewhat helped me out of the depression and grief I was struggling to come to term

s with. I then joined her but realised it wasn't for me but wasintroduced to the wonderful world of Younique makeup and beauty and direct sales ! I love it I kept this page because I struggle with my own health at times . I realised the powerful effect that social media can have and have it can reach out to people in their darkest time and help uplift them. After my mum had passed away I went through serious depression and grief and it was only through social. I had suffered many losses besides losing my mother suddenly to cancer I had also lost many close relationships and friends! The people who you think will be the people beside you supporting you when you are at your weakest.Sadly this is not always the case! I also received no support from a past workplace instead I ended up in a legal battle that went on over a year and effectively contributed to more bad health stress! This was due to very poor treatment in the workplace that was discrimination and also negligence! I suffered very badly and was left with no alternative but to leave and go to court ! I was successful in terms of raising awareness for people with bad health, raising awareness about epilepsy and also mental health and issues such as post traumatic stress. I was not successful in terms of returning to that work place and i did not want to. This however forced me to do something new and make changes in my life that I bever comsidered before, I now work for an amazing makeup company that pays me to build relationships and connect with people on social media , make videos and take selfies and wear amazing makeup and get mine free! I am really quite lucky and it has an amazing mission close to my heart

I think this is amazing as suffering with a formal diagnosis of post traumatic stress disorder PTSTD I know first hand the effects of This kind of abuse ! So through my makeup business and this health page I aspire to empower , inspire and support people whether it be through a small physical challenge, sharing a story , a recipe or an inspirational quote or selling a lipstick or a mascara or sharing makeup tips and tricks !
