If meditation is the tool, mindfulness is how we use it when life gets messy.
When the stress hits.
When the anxiety shows up.
When we feel like yelling… at someone else or ourselves.
We’ll learn how to stay present with those moments instead of getting dragged around by them.
And the truth is, meditating together matters.
It’s like running a race with other runners. There’s energy there. Support. A feeling that we’re all doing the work together.
The meditation techniques taught in this workshop utilize your awareness of the present moment and your breath to help you remain in more moments without judgment, drifting to the past or catastrophizing about the future. You’ll be able to move beyond your “story” into the direct experience of being.
