Bringing the right women together creates a powerful atmosphere. At we recognize the magic that occurs when moms who are building, dreaming, and leading in entrepreneurship come together. With the support of FemThrive client Olia Rosenblatt, CEO of our recent gathering at Wing & Barrel Ranch beautifully showcased this connection.

One highlight of the day was the s***t target practice experience on the range. For many, it was a first-time adventure, while others found a chance to reconnect with their masculine energy amidst the divine feminine.

Following the range, we enjoyed a delicious meal that showcased the ranch’s warm hospitality. The thoughtful food was complemented by meaningful conversations about building businesses, balancing entrepreneurship and motherhood, and sharing lessons learned. Moments of recognition filled the air, as nods and smiles conveyed shared experiences. These conversations flourished in an environment where everyone felt comfortable and unhurried.

The women at this event made it truly special. Each participant contributed her unique perspective and energy, fostering genuine connections. By the end of the day, new relationships were formed, and collaborations were already being discussed.
