THIS WEEK IN MILAN!
The 8th Annual Lavender Harvest Festival at Lavender Lane is this weekend -- one of the most beautiful events of the summer and a can't-miss for the whole family. Plus classic rock in Tolan Square on Friday night.

A FEW HIGHLIGHTS:
8th Annual Lavender Harvest Festival -- Saturday, July 11 & Sunday, July 12, Lavender Lane Farm, 12040 Plank Rd.
Stroll through more than 10,000 mature lavender plants in peak bloom. U-pick lavender, food trucks, 40+ local artisans, a petting farm, riding ponies, lavender lemonade, and farm bath and body products. Free photo ops (cell phone only). $10 cash admission, children 12 and under free.
Saturday: 8 AM - 4 PM
Sunday: 12 PM - 4 PM

IHRA Outlaw Nitro Series -- Thursday, July 9 through Saturday, July 11, Darana Dragway - Milan
Professional-level nitro drag racing comes to Milan for a multi-day competition. Experience the raw power of top fuel nitro racing at one of Michigan's premier dragways.

Live from Tolan Square: Ain't Dead Yet -- Friday, July 10 at 5:30 PM, Tolan Square
Classic rock covers spanning the British Invasion, 70s arena rock, 80s MTV anthems, 90s alt, and 2000s rock revival. S'mac and Cheese food truck on site. Free, bring a lawn chair.

A packed week in Milan -- 3rd Thursday kicks off this week, and Friday brings another live music night, the Chamber Mixer at Original Gravity, and a free wellness event with Moon Mama and RMT. Lots of reasons to get out this week.

Live from Tolan Square: Detroit Social Club -- Thursday, June 18 at 5:00 PM, Tolan Square
The third Thursday edition of the Tolan Square concert series features the Detroit Social Club. Free, bring a lawn chair. A great pairing with the sidewalk sale -- shop the deals, then settle in for the show.

I Love Massage and Wellness Event -- Saturday, June 20 at 1:00 PM
A free community wellness event featuring courtyard yoga led by Rachel Yampel, 10-minute foot reflexology demos, chair massages from Restoration Massage Therapy Institute students, food, drinks, and raffle tickets. Dear Healer Acupuncture's Linda will also be on hand. A nice afternoon of relaxation and community.
