I’m Megan Dopp, I grew up in Layton - Davis county, moved out to Sandy 4 years ago.
I am a Structural Integration Practitioner. I’ve been doing Structural Integration for 13 years. I have 4 kids that keep me pretty busy and on my toes! When I’m not working I’m hanging out with my kids, or going out with my family. We love to go camping, hiking, ride bikes and all kinds of adventures.
What is Structural Integration you ask- It’s a type of Corrective Body Work.
Structural Integration works to lengthen, stretch, and soften this tissue to restore postural balance, ease of movement, and a feeling of being more at home in your own body. I love helping people feel better, be in less pain and find joy in moving again! Our bodies were meant to move and be flexible!
