The Midvale Liquor Agency

The Midvale Liquor Store, located at 7671 South Main in Midvale, Utah is what is called a Type 3 Package Agency. Package Agents are not state employees but private contractors who sell liquor for the state. With the exception of the contract payment and the cost of goods sold, the state incurs no other costs. All operation costs and maintenance are incurred by the package agent as opposed to the state.
