Bill Thompson is the 3rd generation of our 4 generation HVAC family. He learned the heating and air business from his dad and grandpa. He started working in his grandpa's metal shop at a pretty young age. He went to college to become a mechanical engineer, after serving a mission in Korea. He worked with his parents to grow their business until they retired. Then started growing his own business with his wife, which now employs his 2 sons and his daughter-in-law.
Through his career he has definitely become a true expert in his field. He even helped write the exam that all HVAC technicians have to take to become certified to work with natural gas.
