Want to lower your cravings for alcohol and other drugs? Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) uses medications in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies to treat use disorders. MAT is proven, effective treatment offered at a price you can afford. Treatment options include a sliding scale fee for counseling, Sublocade, Vivitrol and Suboxone. UPFH is not a free clinic; we’re the best clinic and we can save you the more money than anyone else in the valley on your office visit payments when you provide income verification. You can get the discount even if you have insurance. Verifying your income means providing proof of what you earn.
