Living with chronic pain or illness can be isolating—especially for teens.

This 9-week art therapy group offers a supportive, creative space to express emotions, build coping tools, and connect with others who truly understand.

This Pride Month, we’re celebrating identity, expression, and connection through art. Expressive Threads invites LGBTQIA+ teens to join a creative, affirming space to explore who they are—no art experience needed.

Through fiber-based art like yarn/fabric dolls, teens can symbolically express what lives inside—supported by peers and guided by a credentialed art therapist.

A creative art therapy group for young children and their caregivers 🧠💛

Help your child (ages 4–6) explore emotions through playful art, body mapping, and movement-based activities—together with you.

Where Do Feelings Live? supports kids in learning where emotions “live” in their bodies—like butterflies in the tummy or warmth in the chest—and how to express those feelings safely and creatively. Each child attends with one trusted adult.
Led by credentialed art therapist Kristina MacCaughan, ACMHC, ATR-P.
No art experience needed—just curiosity and connection.
