We recently completed work at the historic Longhorn Ballroom in Dallas, Texas — a venue that’s been part of Texas music history since 1950. From its roots as Bob Wills’ Ranch House to becoming one of Dallas’ most iconic performance venues, it’s a project with plenty of legacy behind it. Proud to play a role in work at a place with that kind of history.

𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱:

✅ 3,957 SF of 5" concrete slab over 4" cushion sand
✅ 323 LF of 1' wide x 5' deep grade beam excavation/prep
✅ 571 LF of interior grade beam installation
✅ Six (6) F1 structural footings
✅ Four (4) F2 structural footings
✅ 124 SF of 5" electrical room concrete slab
✅ Two (2) concrete stair sets
✅ One (1) ADA-compliant handicap ramp with retaining walls
✅ 1,355 SF of 7" heavy-duty concrete truck parking stalls

From structural concrete and foundational work to accessibility features and heavy-duty paving, this project required precision and coordination across multiple components. Great work by the CLLA Group crew helping support the continued legacy of an iconic Dallas landmark. 👊
