MEGA Mentors

CT, RESPONSIBILITY, EFFORT and ACHIEVEMENT to:
o Increase personal and scholastic achievement
o Decrease disciplinary incidents among African American students (detention and expulsions)
o Improve the graduation rate

Three High and three Middle schools currently participate in the program:
• Thomas Dale High School
• Meadowbrook High School
• Community High School
• Providence Middle School
• Falling Creek Middle School
• Carver Middle School
Elementary Schools (Volunteers are referred to Communities In Schools Organization)

• Membership: Over 100 male and female volunteers and growing
• Reach: Currently serving approximately 380 students, not including students at the elementary level.
