Get that Lymphatic System Moving y’all!!!

Exercise helps move the lymph system, especially swimming!! Avoid sitting and standing for long periods of time. Dry brushing, eating a clean anti-inflammatory diet, including foods like beets, cherries, cranberries, pomegranates, berries, turmeric, & much more! Work on deep breathing and laughter is always good medicine for the body! Another suggestion is try to limit your use of tight-fitting clothing, yoga pants, leggings, body countour outfits can all inhibit the glow of your lymph system! Even bras and underwear can impede the flow of the lymph if its way to tight.
