Another slow win… but a WIN nonetheless.

This wasn’t luck. This was wording.

For accounts included in bankruptcy, the reporting has to be exact. If the remarks are inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete that’s a compliance issue.

I challenged the wording.
Requested correction.
And made it clear we were prepared for arbitration if needed.

Client gave me POA, so I spoke directly with the creditor on their behalf.

Result?
Deletion.

Not every win is loud. Some are technical.
Some are strategic.
Some are about knowing consumer law and how to apply pressure properly.

Slow wins still build strong profiles.

If you have inquiries on your credit report that are over 1 year old, call the credit bureaus and request that they be removed.

In my experience, many companies are willing to remove them once they’ve aged especially if you simply ask.
