CAMP C.H.E.F. Day 1 was a success!!!

-Loving my Lunch students made beautiful quiches, bagel bites AND chicken bites (EE’s take on baked chicken nuggets!)

Spring Bake Day 4! 🌮🍪

Our young chefs did a fantastic job making tortillas from scratch! They turned them into delicious chicken and veggie quesadillas. They ended the day in a sweet note with our vegan, granulated sugar free Goldilocks cookies!

Spring Bake Day 3! 🍞

Wednesday was all about the BREAD! Our students made their own Honey Whole Wheat Loaves and turned them into delicious, and creative, grilled cheese sandwiches. We even got a few to put some veggies in them 🥦 🥳.

We ended the day making Perfect Parfaits filled with hand made pastry cream, Greek yogurt, chocolate mousse, hand whipped cream, and LOTS OF FRUITS!
