Due to the forecast of dangerously high temperatures, Larkin Charter Township will open a cooling center, open from 9am to 7pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, to provide residents with a safe, air-conditioned place to escape the heat.

Residents are encouraged to stop by if they need relief from the heat, especially older adults, young children, and anyone without reliable air conditioning.
