MCLA Backyard Bash

I know we say it every year, but we are so thankful for all the volunteers that show up time after time and help us pull this off! We couldn’t do it without y’all!

This year’s MCLA Backyard Bash was a ton of fun! Bo Phillips Band kicked it all off, and had the crowd all fired up over his last medley! If you missed it, you missed out! Then, our buddies The Statesboro R***e kept everybody going, and even brought some excitement to our live auction! The live auction raised more than all the ones from years past, and we’re so thankful! Reckless Kelly came on and was amazing! I sure hope it wasn’t the last time we get to see them, but if it is, they went out with a bang! All 3 of these band’s camps were an absolute joy to work with, and so excited to help us raise money for these kids!

And as always, we couldn’t make this happen without our amazing sponsors and everyone who buys a ticket or a table.

FINAL BACKYARD BASH MEETING!!

We’ll have one last Backyard Bash meeting this Wednesday, August 13th, 6:30 pm @ the extension office! We’ll be discussing everyone’s roles, as well as the schedule for the day! Please join us!

Also - if we’ve missed getting your bottle for the whiskey wagon, we’re still accepting them! Help us fill it up!
