Although we can’t give Kaylea Evans all the credit for this quote, we can give her credit for doing lots of heavy lifting as the Manager of HMC Fluids and Engineering’s Field Office! Kaylea loves spending time at the gym and trains as a power lifter, but we’re talking about a different kind of heavy lifting. We’re talking about lifting up peoples’ spirits, raising the bar of expectations, and elevating the performance of her staff. When you love your job, take pride in what you do, and have the right attitude, as Kaylea says and does, the heavy lifting isn’t so heavy anymore. “You train yourself for success in the gym by putting in the work, and the same applies in our professional lives.
