They immediately knew they were going to work together. Both Janet and Tala have strong, intuitive and spiritual backgrounds and personalities. Janet works with the Air and Water elements, while Tala works with Fire and Earth. Janet is the founder of the MAT (Metaphysical Alignment Tool) method of Healing. Tala was a prime support for Janet as she was channeling information and instructions for creating the MAT. Janet is a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified Holographic Sound Healer , Ordained Minister for Universal Life Church, Justice of the Peace and has a Bachelor Degree in Human Services from Springfield College. She practiced Social Worker for 10 years working with adults and high risk teens. Janet has been a peer mentor and life coach for 20 years. Tala has worked with the MAT since it came to life in April. . It is apparent upon meeting her that her spiritual presence runs deep and she is connected to ancient knowledge. She brings an interesting energy from an incident where her life was saved at age 5 by Mayan Shamans in Mexico, where she lived for a time, to her receiving Shaktipat directly from Shri Anandi Ma at age 23. Tala has been an R.C. Counselor for many years, received her formal education at Trinity College and enjoys world travel. She is a Usui Reiki practitioner, Certified Holographic Sound Healer, an Ordained Minister for the Universal Life Church and has even had a brief training at NASA. Together, Sacred Alignment merges Tala and Janet’s modalities of Sound Healing, Reiki, Aromatherapy, the use of Crystal Grids, MAT and Shamanic Practices.
