As we approach a significant milestone in expanding our company's reach, it is our pleasure to announce the latest addition to our team: Chef Patissière Lorelei Elliott. Chef Lorelei holds an outstanding academic record, having graduated with a 4.0 GPA from Dauphin County Technical School's Culinary Arts program and achieving a 3.95 GPA from the Pennsylvania College of Technology's Bakery and Pastry Arts degree program. With a strong educational foundation, Chef Lorelei brings valuable experience from her internships at the esteemed Churchill Downs Mansion at the Kentucky Derby, as well as her roles as bakery assistant at Hershey Entertainment and Resorts and the Pennsylvania Bakery. We are delighted to welcome Chef Lorelei to our baking team. Stay tuned as we finalize some details for some exciting upcoming news as we expand our companies horizons!
