Dear fellow ministers, pastors, and men of God in Ghana and beyond,

I would like to kindly remind all of us of the importance of proper planning and communication when organizing outreach programs in various countries. It is essential to begin mobilizing for these events at least 6 months to 1 year in advance and establish connections with the relevant authorities and individuals involved.
I have noticed a trend where some individuals arrive in the United States at the last minute and expect immediate hosting or assistance with organizing meetings. It is not feasible for me to drop everything and accommodate such requests, especially when I have prior personal and ministry engagements. This behavior has been ongoing for the past 14 years, and I must express my frustration with the lack of consideration.
It is disheartening to hear of instances where disagreements and curses have been directed towards me due to the inability to accommodate last-minute requests. I urge all of us to prioritize orderliness and collaboration in our efforts to spread the message of God's love and win souls for His kingdom.
Let us work together in harmony and unity to make a positive impact on the lives of those we are called to serve. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
