It seems everyone is talking about charcuterie these days. You need to come see what all the fuss is about. Brit from Brits Boards does an amazing job with this class. It's both fun and educational. She explains the history behind this meat/cheese phenomenon. She teaches the differences between cheeses, how to make a salami rose....all the things.
