This project began as a service call to a mixed-use building in Middletown, where the owner reported partial power loss.

Upon arrival, our team quickly identified the issue — a failed 100-year-old underground service.

Within 6 hours, we coordinated with Eversource Energy to get temporary power restored and safely shut down the street feed. By the following day, Eversource crews were on site excavating the roadway while we worked alongside them to replace the underground service.

Sometimes a successful project isn’t just about the installation — it’s about coordination, responsiveness, and getting everyone moving in the same direction.

Today we completed a 400-amp service replacement and relocation serving two commercial spaces. Through coordination with Eversource, the town, and the use of a temporary 3-phase 400-amp generator, we were able to maintain power for the majority of the day.
