Join us for an uplifting yoga experience at the Zero Yoga Institute in Palm Beach Gardens, FL or from the comfort of your own home via Zoom! On March 25, 2023 at 10:00 AM EST, we will be offering a 90-minute "Flow and Meditate for Peace" yoga class that blends dynamic movements with calming meditation to help you cultivate inner peace and balance. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting your yoga journey, this class is suitable for all levels and styles. The class is suggested donation, so come as you are and pay what you can. We look forward to sharing this unique fusion of yoga with you!
