Out of all of my creations, this Peanut Cocoon Pattern is the one I'm the most proud of. This isn't something I saw first on the internet and duplicated it, it was an organic idea that I came up with all on my own. 😁

Crochet Water Balloons! Free pattern below. Feel free to share 😁
Just drop these in a bucket of water, soak up the h2o, and throw! As long as you have good aim, your target will get wet!
Here are quick instructions! Using 8mm hook with Bernat Blanket yarn
dc=double crochet ss=slip stitch dctog=double crochet together (decrease stitch)
Chain 3
Round 1: In 1st chain, dc 9 times, ss in to 1st dc
Round 2: ch 2, (dc, 2dc (x5)) the last 2dc will go in the chain 2 stitch (15dc) ss in 1st dc
Round 3: ch 2, 1 DC in each stitch (15) ss
Round 4: ch 2, (dc, dctog (x5)) (5dc, 5dctog) ss
Round 5: ch 2, (dctog x5) (5dc) ss
Round 6: ch 2, 2 sc in each stitch (10sc) as
Leave a tail about 10 inches long and cut yarn. Weave down between round 5&6. Wrap yarn around 2-3 times, tie off and weave end in to the middle of your balloon.
