Kiwi is a fruit that I try to include (when I remember) on a nearly daily basis for my food consumption. It offers many benefits and it tastes great too! Is kiwi a part of your diet? If not you may want to consider adding it in!

As we age progression can be more difficult. Sometimes we have to change the goals with the changes in our aging bodies. Maximal strength, strength endurance, and conditioning numbers from the past become harder to attain, but we can set other/new goals to adapt to our aging bodies. Time away from challenging our bodies, changes in our daily routines, and behaviors can have a greater impact on the loss of strength and conditioning as we get older.
It can be hard but persistence pays off. Reevaluating your goals with aging and accepting a world with new achievements can help keep your focus. A recent fitness related story I found amazing was the compositional changes of former NFL lineman Joe Thomas. A great look at what a change in programming can achieve.
