Helping Hounds Project is dedicated to helping working breed dogs become successful (and HELPFUL) members of their families through training, education, proper placement and adoption. We have 3 Objectives
1. To rescue, train and find permanent homes for "working breed" dogs in which they will be successful members of their families.

Happy National Adopt a Shelter Dog day! Look at this handsome boy! This is Ace! Ace has been in our rescue for a LONG TIME! Everyone thinks he is handsome... but noone seems to have the forever couch for him to sleep on! He is such a sweet boy with all of the love that a dog can give! He is super smart, loves kids and is ready to go home to you! He is good with active dogs but may chase a cat! Please help us find him a forever home! He deserves it so much! He is about 5-6 years old, up to date on vaccines, nuetered and ready to LOVE YOU!

Hey there folks... I am putting out this missive to see if anyone can foster a dog or two. We have a number of them that have come along way with rehab but need "in home" work as well. Some are good with other dogs, some aren't... But ALL of them need some good routine and structure in a home settling. If you have ever thought about fostering... Or are willing to get back into it, please message me. We pay for supplies and getting and so on .. you just need to love them and give them a place to be.
We have all shapes, sizes, temperaments and so on. Please consider helping get these guys more adoptable!!
Do you need a lizard hunter? Lexi has you COVERED! This super sweet girl is 2 years old, LOVES KIDS and her people and is super fun! She does need to be the only pet in the home...
